Casa Dorada Los Cabos Launches Italian Trattoria and Sushi Bar

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, October 03, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Following the inclusion of a Starbucks coffee shop on its premises earlier this year, Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort & Spa is expanding its food and beverage offer even further by opening two brand new outlets – an Italian Trattoria and a Sushi Bar – this month.

“In the Trattoria, we are aiming to evoke the flavors of grandmother’s traditional recipes and serve the best wood-oven pizza in town,” said Leonardo Perli, Casa Dorada’s General Manager. “The Sushi Bar comes as our very own take on Japanese staples, where we explore new combinations and strive to surprise our guests with super fresh ingredients prepared in innovative new ways,” he added.

Both new menus are extensive and will offer guests countless new options for in-resort meals. Italian food lovers will enjoy lasagna, homemade pasta, wood-oven pizzas as well as traditional antipasti and dolci. And guests will never run out of choices at the Sushi Bar serving Japanese soups, yakimeshi, tempura, nigiri, sashimi, rolls, temaki as well as salads and house specialties.

Launching mid October, the new outlets will be open daily from 9:00 am until 6:00pm and will be located next to 12 Tribes Restaurant creating a restaurant complex to satisfy every dining whim of Casa Dorada guests.
