LJ Hooker Signs Mou with Siam Real Estate in Thailand

Phuket, Thailand, October 05, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Georg Chmiel, LJ Hooker CEO, said the agreement will primarily expand the geographic reach, lead generation and business opportunities for both companies.

LJ Hookers Australasian network of 700 offices supported, by a dedicated team of over 8,000 real estate professionals, will now leverage Siams network of offices in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Koh Samui.

The strategic alliance will focus on referrals for listings and buyers in their respective markets.

This is the first arrangement of its nature for LJ Hooker in Thailand where they are not yet represented by offices on the ground. Its another step forward in continuing to build the brand throughout the world, said Mr Chmiel.

Siam Real Estate was established in 2003 by expat-Englishmen Richard and his son Patrick Lusted and now boasts more than 4,000 property listings along with its own development arm focusing on the creation of luxury villas, apartments and land subdivision.
