Jim and Debra Speirs bought a Las Vegas home for sale a couple of years ago through The Ballen Group and it’s owner Richard Ballen. “They were a great couple to work with,” said Richard “and we were thrilled when they called us again to sell their home in Las Vegas when they decided to move to California.”

The Ballen Group held an open house in Las Vegas at the Speirs' home in an effort to find a buyer before the home event went live on the MLS. The buyer did, in fact, come from this open house. In addition, that buyer had a home to sell and The Ballen Group at Keller Wiliams Realty Summerlin Las Vegas listed and sold that home as well creating a triple real estate transaction.
“It was tricky,” said Tom Wirt, lead listing specialist for The Ballen Group “All three homes had to close at the same time as each party was ready to move. This kind of triple real estate transaction can’t be done alone. It takes team work. I’m happy I had The Ballen Group and our team of real estate specialists to complete the transactions while still providing the WOW factor for each buyer and seller.”
The Speirs' home, which sold for $330,000 only took 45 days to close from start to finish.
