"Showing Note" is Available Now on the Apple App Store and the Android Market
Showing Note is an all-in-one mobile app that keeps real estate consumers organized and collaboratized during the home search process.
San Diego, CA, October 09, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Showing Suite inc., a San Diego based real estate software company that focuses on technology solutions for real estate agents and brokers, developed a new Patents Pending mobile app designed specifically for real estate consumers on the market to buy or rent a home. Showing Note allows users to document text, picture, and video notes during real estate showings, then sync notes with friends or family who also use Showing Note, or share notes on social media networks.

Showing Note features include:
Each time a user checks in at a home address, they can take new pictures and videos, view all the listing details, add it to their favorites, and share it with friends, family, their spouse, or roommates, and on social networks.
While touring properties, the user first selects an address as the check-in location, which then allows Showing Note to automatically pull in all the listing details from the MLS.
Users can create separate showing notebooks for each type of property they choose, whether it’s to purchase or rent a home and who they want to share that showing notebook with.
Property photos along with listing details, notes, videos and favorites can be synced with collaborators, and shared on Facebook and Twitter.
Each user is allowed an unlimited amount of friends and family who can sync video, text, and picture notes on each property; as well as favorite listings and all showings attended.
Users can opt-in to the integrated push notifications which will provide text and email alerts when a property listing changes status to under contract, has a price change, or goes back on the market.
Showing Note is also eco-friendly since buyers and renters will no longer need to bring printouts of information about the properties they are going to see to take notes.
