Child Care Lounge Classes Approved in Utah and Washington
Pittsburgh, PA, October 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Child Care Lounge, an online web resource for child care professionals, is pleased to announce that trainer Joni Levine and classes are now approved for child care providers in the states of Utah and Washington.
Child care providers all over the country are required to obtain annual professional development hours each year they work in the field. Child Care Lounge provides over 30 online classes for child care professionals to use for professional development hours. Requirements vary from state to state.
Child Care Lounge classes were recently approved by the state of Utah’s Office of Work and Family Life for use on Career Ladder System. Utah child care providers who work in child care centers are required to take twenty hours of child care training each year.
In Washington, Child Care Lounge trainer and class author, Joni Levine, was just approved as an Advanced Level trainer in The Managed Education and Registry Information Tool (MERIT). Child care providers in Washington must also complete twenty clock hours or two college quarter credits of basic training approved by the Washington state training registry system.
Interested providers may enroll in Child Care Lounge classes at the Child Care Lounge website. Prices start at $4 per clock hour.
