Full Service IMb - It is Time to Become Full Service Certified - AccuZip Inc. Makes This Process Easy
Atascadero, CA, October 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- On January 26, 2014, Full-Service IMb™ will be required to qualify for automation discounted rates.
AccuZIP has already offered certification webinars. First in the industry and free of charge, added Mail.dat creation to its product (At no charge) and championed simplification of TEM Test Environment for Mailers testing for users of TEM Certified software. In short, AccuZIP has simplified transitioning to Full Service IMb™.
Recently, the USPS announced that TEM certification is no longer required as a part of Full Service certification for these mailers: https://ribbs.usps.gov/index.cfm?page=electronicdoc.
While this move is in light of the approaching deadline, mailers should use TEM whenever possible to test their processes before producing any mailings in a live production environment.
AccuZIP supports using TEM as a Sandbox environment before preparing mail for the USPS. The USPS had to streamline certification and get more mailers on board with Full Service IMb™ given the looming deadline and the large number of mailers yet to be certified.
Everyone involved recognizes TEM as the best tool available to guarantee success for all stakeholders. Mailers who have acted proactively to become Full Service certified should be thanked. Onboarding the thousands of permit holders yet to make the transition has to be the industry’s focus.
Please start preparing today. AccuZIP subscribers yet to become Full Service certified are invited to call the support line 805.461.730.
