Brookfield, WI, October 12, 2013 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage will hold its first free informational seminar for first time homebuyers and current renters. The event will take place Wednesday, October 16th at 6pm at the Brookfield Suites: 1200 South Moorland Road Brookfield, WI 53005.

The event will cover the home buying process, the advantages of buying versus renting and the importance of getting pre-approved. GSF will have loan originators present to answer any questions and provide one-on-one assistance to guests.
