Lilian V. Yanni Deconescu Named Master Career Development Professional

New York, NY, October 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Lilian V. Yanni Deconescu, recently achieved his Master Career Development Professional (MCDP) special membership status from the National Career Development Association (NCDA).

The National Career Development Association (NCDA) is a world recognized leader that develops standards for the career development profession, for the provision of career counseling programs and services, and for the evaluation of career information materials. NCDA offers the Master Career Development Professional (MCDP) honor only to those members who provide specialized career development services. MCDP may include career development facilitators, career technicians, job placement specialists, employment agency professionals, career coaches, career management professionals and workforce development professionals. All MCDPs hold a master’s degree in counseling or a related field with three years plus of post master’s work experience in career development. 



Mr. Deconescu, founder and President of ESCU Consulting LLC, is a career coach, recruiter, trainer, and Notary Public in the State of New York. He graduated from Cornell University ILR School with a Master's in Industrial and Labor Relations, and a B.S. in Business, Management, and Economics with concentration in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from the State University of New York, Empire State College. Currently, he is pursuing a Global Career Development Facilitator certification program accredited by the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE).
