ThinkB!G.LearnSmart Awarded 5-Year GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract for Adobe Authorized Certification Training to Government Workforce
ThinkB!G award offers technical training on Adobe, Apple, eLearning, web & mobile development to government nationwide.
Columbia, MD, October 19, 2013 --(PR.com)-- ThinkB!G announced today that it has been awarded an Information Technology Schedule 70 Contract (#GS-35F-466AA) by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide technology training services at most favored pricing to government clients for the next 5 years.
“The awarding of the GSA Schedule 70 to ThinkB!G signifies that they are recognized as meeting the stringent due diligence process as an authorized provider of technology training solutions to government agencies in our local region and nationwide. This further positions Howard County, Maryland as a leader in the innovation technological ecosystem in the mid-Atlantic” says Patrick Wynn, Director, Howard Tech Council of the Howard County Economic Development Authority.
As an Adobe Authorized Training Center (AATC), this award opens a doorway for the government workforce to have access to training by Adobe Certified Instructors and Adobe Certification courses. ThinkB!G’s learning solutions build skills in digital print, design, web, video and mobile development.
ThinkB!G is one of few Adobe Authorized Training Centers nationwide to be awarded a GSA Schedule for providing both custom and open enrollment classes on-site, virtually online live, or at ThinkB!G’s headquarters in Columbia, Maryland. Government clients will be able to search GSA Advantage to choose from each Adobe product to purchase custom ‘Project-Based Training™’ classes as well as ‘SmartPasses’ (training course vouchers) for maximum learning efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
“ThinkB!G is thrilled to be able to make it easier and faster for our government clients to get the training they need, when they need it, at most favored pricing,” says CEO Christine Abunassar. The GSA Schedule will strengthen and add to ThinkB!G’s already established presence in the government with Department of Defense, NASA, FDA and many other federal, state and local governments nationwide.
“With continuing budget constraints and limited travel funding, ThinkB!G uniquely offers clients on GSA Schedule the option of attending in-person classes or participating in the same class remotely online. There are no boundaries for learning the same content that is taught in the classroom,” says Abunassar.
With the philosophy of “We Teach What We Build™”, ThinkB!G’s certified instructors are also senior consultants and developers ensuring that clients both learn and build using best practices from the industry.
