Leading Pennsylvania customer experience research and design firm hires respected UX thought leader to manage design teams and spearhead new services.
Harrisburg, PA, October 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Fresh on the heels of expanding its Harrisburg headquarters and opening a new Philadelphia-area office, award-winning customer experience research and design firm Red Privet, LLC, has created the new executive role of Vice President, Research & Design.
Highly-respected 20-year UX veteran Dennis Schleicher has accepted the position. He’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of design teams across Red Privet’s three Pennsylvania offices, while helping refine the company’s research and design strategy, process and new service initiatives. Schleicher was most recently the Director of User Experience Teams at Sears.
