CrossRealms entire telephony engineering staff has received 3CX advanced certification. CrossRealms partners with 3CX to provide fully customized, enterprise-class telephony and call center solutions. CrossRealms also developed a 3CX dashboard to give administration all of the information they need in one central location. This is an all-inclusive tool to assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and trending of a 3CX installation.
