Cozumel, Mexico, October 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort & Spa has expanded its on-property dining experiences with the opening of the sophisticated Napa Grill, presenting the finest in Mediterranean-influenced seafood and dry-aged beef, and the exquisite Bin K’iin Lobby Bar, both with breathtaking views of the Caribbean waters.
With the opening of Napa Grill and the Bin K’iin Lobby Bar, the award-winning resort now boasts four restaurants and three bars.
Open for evening dining, Napa Grill presents a wide variety of steak and seafood specialties, starting with appetizer selections including Crab Tacos, Tamarind Tuna Tartar and Octopus Carpaccio, plus a variety of soups and salads. Its Entrée selections include the Caribbean Shrimp Skewer, a jumbo shrimp skewer dressed with a sweet and sour sauce, onions and peppers, Baked Tuna Rack and a Surf and Turf with premium Caribbean Lobster and Filet Mignon.
