New Locations for Luggage Drop Off

Sydney, Australia, October 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- LuggageStore.com.au the authorised repairers of the majority of the major international luggage brands in Australia have increased their drop off points from 1 to 4 in the Sydney region, NSW. Formerly people with a damaged suitcase had only the option of taking it to a Central Business District location. New locations include a north, south and west location. (Details below.)

The increase will benefit owners of Samsonite, Antler, Rimowa, Travelpro, Victorinox, American Tourister and many other luggage brands. Luggagestore.com.au is responsible for assessing luggage from these brands providing the item is still within the warranty period. Should the damage be related to a fault issue then it will be repaired free of charge. A charge may be incurred should the damage be mis-use related (such as airline damage). It should be noted however that certain brands offer a warranty that covers airline damage.

Director Peter Vale said "We are delighted to offer these extra drop off points, although our CBD location is central to the Sydney region, it is not convenient for everybody so by adding the new locations we have made it easier for a significant number of people. Finding out that your suitcase is damaged isn't the most pleasant of experiences especially if you are in Australia on holiday, these changes at least helps the process of getting the luggage to us."
