DesignHammer Recognized Again for Exemplary Workplace Practices

The award was accepted by David Minton at the North Carolina Society for Human Resource Management (NCSHRM) State Conference in Winston-Salem.

The Sloan Awards are unique for their rigorous two-step selection process. This involves an evaluation of employers’ flexibility programs, which are measured against national norms from the National Study of Employers. A confidential employee survey affirms the flexible and effective practices of a company.
