As President of Innovar Group, Padilla brings over 18 years of IT Consulting and Staffing expertise to the firm. As a Colorado native and graduate of The University of Colorado, John has committed to local community involvement and is focused on building long term partnerships in the technology community here and nationally. John has served in all aspects of the industry including service as a top performer in Recruiting, Sales, Branch Management and Executive Management. Prior to Innovar Group, John worked as Vice President of one of the largest staffing firms in the world where he created, implemented and managed large teams tasked with servicing a portfolio of over half a billion dollars in client revenue. John brings the experience and expertise to help guide Innovar Group to the next level.
