The Chef’s Academy Announces Fall 2013 Commencement Ceremony
Local Culinary Institute to Honor 34 Graduates Nov. 2.
Raleigh, NC, November 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Chef’s Academy, the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 110-year-old, private sector college serving more than 4,000 students worldwide, will host its fall 2013 commencement ceremony on Saturday, Nov. 2. The ceremony, which will begin at 10 a.m., will be held at the Perimeter Studio & Conference Center, located at 1100 Perimeter Park Dr., Suite 118 in Morrisville, N.C. The North Carolina campus’ second graduating class is comprised of 34 highly-trained culinary and pastry graduates ready to enter an increasingly competitive workforce.
Graduates will be joining restaurants and organizations both locally and internationally. These include Ruthin Castle in Wales in the United Kingdom, The Umstead Hotel & Spa in Cary, N.C., the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club in Durham, N.C., Jimmy V's Osteria & Bar in Raleigh and Guglhupf Bakery, Restaurant and Café in Durham.
Van Eure, owner at The Angus Barn, a Raleigh culinary icon, has been named the fall 2013 commencement speaker.
