Supremia Dentistry Hosts Operation Sweet Tooth Nov. 6 for Children to Donate Halloween Candy to Troops
Triangle-Based Dentist to Host Day of Fun and Philanthropy to Benefit Armed Forces
Raleigh, NC, November 02, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Supremia Dentistry, a Wake Forest-based practice led by Dr. Edmond Suh that utilizes a state-of-the-art, advanced, painless approach to dental care, has announced that it will host Operation Sweet Tooth, an event benefiting America’s troops overseas, on Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the firm’s office at 1711 S. Main St. in Wake Forest, N.C. Since 2008, Supremia Dentistry has encouraged individuals and families to drop off excess Halloween candy, which the staff then packs up and ships it to troops overseas to enjoy a little taste of home. For this event, Supremia Dentistry will partner with the Triangle chapter of Blue Star Mothers, a group of local women who have loved ones serving in the military, to help send the collected candy to soldiers.
Additionally, there will be several family friendly attractions for those who contribute to Operation Sweet Tooth to enjoy, including a bounce house, games for children and classic cars on display. The Wake Forest Fire Department will also appear with one of its fire trucks. Visitors are encouraged to dress up if they desire as well to celebrate this benefit for members of the U.S. armed forces.
