CASE and Emersons Merge to Create a Stronger Property Management Platform
Dallas, TX, November 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) announced today a merger with Emersons Commercial Management, a Dallas-based commercial real estate firm specializing in full service property management. The firm brings a management portfolio of 3.62 million square feet of retail centers, office buildings, and industrial properties in 15 states. Post-merger, CASE is now one of Texas’ largest management and leasing companies with 11.4 million square feet of assignments and a combined personnel of 85 employees in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston.
“CASE continues to look for opportunities to build on our reputation and services offerings as Texas commercial real estate knowledge leaders,” said John Conger, Co-owner and Principal of CASE. “This merger took us up another notch in the property management business by adding more product and expertise across Texas and beyond. CASE is proud to say we now have a national management platform as well.”
Emersons Commercial Management was created in 2004 by Richard Webb, a former banking and finance professional, to oversee the management of large commercial real estate portfolio encompassing property management operations, leasing and acquisition/dispositions. Webb joined CASE as a managing director to head the enhanced property management division.
According to Webb, “Emersons had so much to offer clients by cross selling the strengths within each of our company platforms. As CASE, we will be able to leverage our relationships across the management, leasing and investment sales lines to provide a seamless and stronger service to owners and clients.”
