His career spans multiple composite companies with a record of achievement in technology intensive markets, business development and organizational development. Mr. Sandgren’s experience encompasses; composite material sales and marketing, manufacturing, new product development and process innovation.
Prior to joining Sintex-Wausaukee Composites, Mr. Sandgren’s career included terms as Vice President, Business Unit Manager for Polysciences and in executive positions with VEC Technology, Owens Corning, and GE Plastics. Mr. Sandgren holds a Master of Science in Industrial & Business Administration from the University of Central Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and is Six Sigma Certified.
