Ashton Woods Homes Raleigh Names New Sales Managers for Davis Park Community

Raleigh, NC, November 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Ashton Woods Homes Raleigh, the North Carolina division of an award-winning national private homebuilder, has announced that La Sonda Stasinopoulos and Valerie Pifer have joined the company as community sales managers. Both Stasinopoulos and Pifer will serve as sales managers for the company’s Davis Park community, which consists of townhomes and chic and stylish three- to four-bedroom homes with garages, conveniently located in the heart of Research Triangle Park. As a team, they will be responsible for meeting and exceeding occupancy goals within the Davis Park community, fielding potential client inquiries, leading home tours and closing sales with interested buyers.

Prior to joining Ashton Woods Homes Raleigh, both Stasinopoulos and Pifer served as sales agents with various local builders and participated as members of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®. Stasinopoulos additionally worked in human resources for a number of large corporations in the Research Triangle Park and Raleigh area. A graduate of Hampton University in Hampton, Va., she serves on the PTA board at David Drive Elementary School as vice president of programs. Pifer previously owned a custom residential construction company with her husband for 25 years, most recently working as an on-site sales agent for the company.
