Carrollwood Copy Center Celebrates 33rd Birthday by Giving Presents to Customers
Carrollwood Copy Center is giving the public two chances to win $100 for Whole Foods.
Tampa, FL, November 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Celebrating 33 years in the Carrollwood community, five years under their new ownership, Carrollwood Copy Center, 11406-105 North Dale Mabry Highway, is giving their customers a birthday present – two chances to win $100 shopping sprees at Whole Foods.
Winners will be selected both in the shop and at Village Fest on Saturday, November 23rd. Additionally this month, they are sponsoring Friends of HCAS who cover medically necessary treatments and save lives by helping place animals into foster families.
“My wife and I love animals,” said owner Jeff Ryder. “We wanted to do something to thank the community and benefit a worthy local charity. This combination was the perfect opportunity.”
As if on cue, Angel, Carrollwood Copy Center’s adorable rescue Dachshund makes a tail-wagging appearance.
“We love all animals here,” said co-owner Brenda Ryder. “We’re really excited about this event. It runs through November and we will draw one winner in the shop and a second at our booth in Village Fest at 3pm.”
Angel reaches her stubby paws up Brenda’s leg for attention.
“At Village Fest, we’re also giving away amazing delicious birthday cupcakes from Tropical Treats and will have all kinds of information about the many things we do that the community might be unaware,” added Jeff.
Recently Carrollwood Copy Center expanded to offer Florida-compliant secure prescription pad printing for doctors, veterinarians and dentists, as well as, notary service on-site.
“There are so many things we can do to help our fellow businesses,” said Brenda, holding a very contented Angel. “If you want holiday cards that don’t come out of a box, that hold a little more meaning because you created them, we can do that or even a special calendar for family or customers. Doing something that isn’t generic, off the shelf, can really make someone feel appreciated.”
In 2012, Carrollwood Copy Center created an extremely successful custom calendar fundraising campaign for the nonprofit Big Cat Rescue and the charity has returned this year to continue its successful campaign. The Ryders are eager to put their proven skills to work for other local nonprofits to also help with their fundraising efforts.
“Unlike our larger competitors, we can print small amounts so that it is realistic and affordable for nonprofits, schools, churches, or other businesses to fundraise,” said Jeff. “We also do magnetic calendars. Pretty much, if you can come up with a printing idea, we can help you.”
