Leading Edge Medical and Weber Sign Memorandum of Understanding
Hong Kong-based Leading Edge Medical (LEMed) and Weber Medical have agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding that will form the basis for several joint ventures.
Wan Chai, Hong Kong S.A.R., November 09, 2013 --(PR.com)-- LEMed (Leading Edge Medical, Ltd.), http://www.healingmed.com, the specialist stem cell and laser therapy research and distribution group and Dr. Michael Weber founder of Weber Medical, http://www.webermedical.com the German-based medical laser therapy innovators, have emerged from exhaustive negotiations and confirmed that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been drafted and signed by both parties.
The news coincides with a recent announcement in which LEMed extended formal invitations to two luminaries within the stem cell research and cellular therapy fields to join its Science Advisory Board.
Mr. Don Margolis, Managing Director at LEMed said, “We are utterly delighted. The conclusion of these intense negotiations with a Memorandum of Understanding and the acceptance of our invitations to Dr. Slavin and Dr. Vina represent a significant turning point for our company and a further step in the right direction for these truly exciting technologies that have the potential to literally change the world.”
