Anglophone Meets Francophone on the Dance Floor with “Loud in Africa” in New York City

Black Speech Media Group, a Multifaceted Film, Music and Graphics Production Company Partners with Africans in the Diaspora for an Event Celebrating African Music and Film

New York, NY, November 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- On November 22, 2013, Black Speech Media Group in partnership with Fara Bar and Restaurant (Les Ambassades) will host the inaugural monthly event “Loud In Africa,” a Red Carpet event, in celebration of artists in the field of film, music & entertainment. The event will feature a movie premiere and the release of mix tapes by Cote D’Ivoire’s DJ Saddam and Nigeria’s DJ Fressh.

The red carpet will be hosted by Radio/TV personality Nneoma Okorie. With Loud in Africa, they celebrate that everyone is a star on the red carpet. The Red Carpet is scheduled to start at 10PM with special guests interviews and pictures. A new released film by Black Speech Media Group will be screened from 11pm-Midnight, followed by an after party featuring DJ Saddam & DJ Fresh.

Each month, Loud In Africa’s portion of the proceeds goes towards a non-profit organization chosen based on their work in the African community in the continent and in the Diaspora. For their inaugural event, Loud in Africa is partnering with Africans in the Diaspora, a non-profit organization based in New York City. Africans in the Diaspora ensures that Africans on the continent and those in the Diaspora play a leading role in Africa’s progress by connecting their skills, resources, and ideas through their Funds, Voices, and Connections programs.
