Tees & Tunes Presented by Paragon Bank Raises More Than $60,000 for Special Olympics Mecklenburg County
Fourth Annual Tees and Tunes Golf and Cabaret Fundraiser Continues Its Giving Tradition
Charlotte, NC, November 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Paragon Bank has announced that the fourth annual Tees and Tunes Golf and Cabaret Classic raised more than $60,000 for the Special Olympics Mecklenburg County. Paragon was the presenting sponsor for the event. More than 150 attendees from the Charlotte business community joined to support the cause.
The event began with a day of golf at the Carmel Country Club and ended with a New York cabaret show featuring renowned Charlotte performers Martha Bartz and Dr. Mory Ortman.
Tees & Tunes supported by Paragon Bank as the Presenting Sponsor has now raised more than $260,000 during the past four years for Special Olympics Mecklenburg, which has allowed more than 2,500 athletes to compete in a variety of sports at the local, state, and national level.
