RE/MAX Plaza Invites Public to Grand Opening of New Woodstock Office on Nov. 21
RE/MAX Plaza will celebrate the grand opening of its newest office located at 112 N. Benton St. on the town square in the heart of historic Woodstock, Ill., with a grand opening from 4 to 7 p.m. on Nov. 21.

Benton St. on the town square in the heart of historic Woodstock, Ill., with a grand opening from 4 to 7 p.m. on Nov. 21. This event will include a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
The entire community is invited to stop by to meet the brokers, tour the office and enjoy refreshments, including an inviting assortment of hors d’oeuvres, along with popcorn, hot chocolate and cocktails. The celebration is being co-sponsored by the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce.
“The grand opening celebration will mark one month since we opened our doors,” said Rob Schaid, broker/owner of RE/MAX Plaza. “The new office already has attracted five experienced brokers, and two more will be joining it in coming weeks, underscoring the appeal of RE/MAX and a Woodstock location.”
Schaid noted that the new office was designed to be a comfortable place for clients and real estate professionals to gather.
“We’re trying something a little different with this office because of its location right on the square, kind of a cross between a real estate office and a coffee shop,” he said. “About half of the new 1,600-square-foot office is devoted to a reception area.” Office hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
It is the third in a series of offices opened by RE/MAX Plaza in recent years. The firm has offices in McHenry, Richmond and Wauconda, Ill.
