North Carolina Benefits Firm and Local HR Management Firm Partner to Provide Annual Survey Comparing an Organization’s Healthcare Costs to the Marketplace.

The benchmark survey, which HCW is conducting in partnership with HR management firm CAI, provides important information employers to need to manage their healthcare plans by comparing employers’ current healthcare costs to other companies in the marketplace. Organizations from across the state are encouraged to participate. The survey will be conducted from Monday, Nov. 11 through Thursday, Dec. 12.
This benchmark survey is the only state-specific survey that provides healthcare cost-related data about the marketplace.
