For IgGs and IgGs conjugated to small ligands (FITC, Alexa, Biotin), Creative Biolabs typically needs 50-100 µg of protein for successful sequencing. However, sequencing quality is dependent on sample concentration. BSA containing mABs, lama or rabbit mABs, IgMs, immobilized mABs and mABs conjugated to large dyes (PE, APC) may require special sample preparation. However, 500 µg of protein is typically sufficient for sequencing.
