Mangrove Bay Announces On-Site Sales Team
Naples, FL, November 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Mangrove Bay, a new residential Old Naples cottage style single-family waterfront community located in downtown Old Naples, is pleased to announce the development’s on-site sales team. The sales team for Mangrove Bay includes Jon Rubinton, Broker of Paradise Realty of Naples, LLC.; Celine S. Goget, Office Manager & Broker Associate for both Mangrove Bay and Paradise Realty of Naples, LLC.; Joshua Rubinton, Project Sales Associate with Paradise Realty of Naples, LLC.; and Dan Sexton, Sales Associate and IT Director. Elizabeth Price will serve as the Sales Coordinator. This talented and experienced group of individuals is looking forward to setting a new standard for luxury living in historic downtown Old Naples.
Jon Rubinton, Broker and NABOR Member, will serve as the Developer in charge of project orientation for prospective purchasers. Rubinton is also a licensed Class “A” General Contractor with extensive homebuilding experience. He has lived in Southwest Florida for over three decades. Jon is a second generation Southwest Florida Developer and Builder, following in his Father’s footsteps. In 1981, upon graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance, Jon joined his Father in the family business. Together with his Father, Jon developed some of Pelican Bay’s most prestigious Custom Home and Villa Communities. In the ensuing years, Jon ventured out on his own with the knowledge obtained from his years working with his father to create residential communities in numerous exclusive Luxury Residential neighborhoods across Southwest Florida including six communities in Bonita Bay, three communities in Mediterra, as well as stand alone developments on Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
As Office Manager for Mangrove Bay, Celine S. Goget will be directly involved with the Sales Center operations as well as project sales and will oversee compliance matters. Born in Pithiviers, France and a resident of Naples since 1978, Goget attended both St. John Neumann and the Community School of Naples and is a graduate of Rollins College with an undergraduate degree in Anthropology. Goget is a seasoned residential real estate specialist and contributes her expertise to vast knowledge of the local area, as well as an international network of valuable resources. Goget is a Florida licensed real estate Broker associate and a member of NABOR. Her previous experience includes serving as Director of a marketing firm in Delray Beach, Project Manager for a commercial property management company in Naples and most recently, Managing Broker of a luxury Old Naples real estate firm.
Joshua Rubinton is responsible for the development’s project sales. He is a licensed Realtor who is customer service oriented and knowledgeable about both commercial and residential development in Naples. A Naples native, Joshua has years of exposure to and experience with major development projects in Naples, including Mediterra. He has worked on the Mangrove Bay development team since the project’s inception and is familiar with all aspects of the community, from the ground up, in addition to being named a Sales Associate for the development. He is also a licensed OUPV captain, bringing his valuable knowledge of the nearby waterways, Gordon River, Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico to Clients. He is also the third generation of the Rubinton development family.
In the positions of Sales Associate and IT Director, Dan Sexton is responsible for project sales and technology support. Born in Syracuse, NY, Sexton attended Naples High School before going on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. Shortly after college graduation, Sexton moved to New York City to join a technology start-up. In 2002, he returned to Naples and became a mortgage banker and realtor. Sexton has worked closely with Jon Rubinton since 2005 and is glad to have the opportunity to work with him again on Rubinton’s newest residential development.
As Sales Coordinator, Elisabeth Price is responsible for keeping the Sale Center running smoothly by assisting clients and performing other essential tasks. Price has professional experience in both education and customer service. She has a degree in Education from Cedarville University and taught in China for three years. Prior to this position, she also served in a management position for a local business. Price plans to use her organizational, communication, and honed customer service skills to help the development run smoothly and to its highest potential.
