TITLE Boxing Club Springfield Creates Niche Employment Opportunities for the Community

Springfield, VA, November 27, 2013 --(PR.com)-- With the job market still slow, many baby-boomers cringe when their adult children decide to leave stable employment and start a business. As a teen, Kate Carski, co-owner of TITLE Boxing Club Springfield, aspired to someday be a business owner. After a career as a government contractor and an impactful conversation with a Franchise consultant, she found herself on the path of entrepreneurship. “When I was ready, it made sense to ask for guidance,” said Carski. “I wanted to make sure I considered all the factors of franchise ownership, and selected the best franchise for me.”

Currently, TITLE Boxing Club Springfield employs 10 people. Employees there range from personal trainers, to amateur fighters to college students studying sports management.
