Henderson Franklin Attorney John Agnew Sworn in as President of Lee County Bar Association

Fort Myers, FL, November 28, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Southwest Florida law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney John Agnew was sworn in as President of the Lee County Bar Association at the annual meeting on Friday, November 22, 2013 by the Honorable Judge John Carlin.

Agnew is an attorney in Henderson Franklin’s Commercial Litigation division. He represents clients in a wide range business and employment disputes and litigation. He was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers® magazine as a "Rising Star" in the field of business litigation from 2009-2012 and a Super Lawyer in business litigation in 2013. Agnew is also AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Prior to becoming an attorney, he served in the United States Army as an airborne ranger and in other infantry units.

Agnew is a member of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, having graduated from its Leadership Program and served as a facilitator for other Leadership Program classes. He is also a Fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation.
