Made For You Shopping Event Makes Red Hot October Debut

Made For You, a brand new shopping event, will take place on Sunday, October 14th in Red Bank. Being held at one of Red Bank's hottest nightspots, the sleek Red Lounge in the heart of the downtown area, Made For You will not just be another excuse to shop. Taking its inspiration from big-city-style shopping events and sample sales, this premiere event will combine fantastic shopping with a fabulous party to create an afternoon to remember.

Sponsored in part by the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank - whose generous donation of four tickets to their November 16th Philadanco show will be given as a door prize to one lucky guest - and bath and body company Biggs & Featherbelle, Made For You will bring together a hand-picked collection of emerging designers showing a wide range of all handmade goods. Shoppers will find unique and diverse collections of jewelry, handbags, accessories, gifts for home and baby, paper goods, stationary, and t-shirts from thirteen cutting edge businesses.

Attendees of Made For You will find themselves not only indulging in some serious retail therapy or getting a head start on holiday shopping, but enjoying a party atmosphere. "Of course, our guests are coming for the shopping, but we didn't want Made For You to feel like just another trip to the mall," says Jane Weiner, one of the event's organizers. "We want our guests to come for the shopping and stay for the party." And that party will be complete with complimentary sushi and appetizers straight from the famous Red kitchen, free drinks, and a live dj who will have Made For You guests dancing while they shop.

Rounding out the VIP treatment Made For You will give their shoppers, 250 free swag bags will be handed out at the event. Guaranteed to the first 250 guests whose tickets are purchased online before the event, these bags will be filled with samples and products from The Peach, Lollibomb Cosmetics, Bobe Bath Essentials, Laura Del Prete, Global Goodie, Red Bank's own FaceFx, and many more. The first ever Made For You event will be held at the Red Lounge at 3 Broad Street in Red Bank, New Jersey on October 14th from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
