Medical Imaging Innovations Signs Master Purchase Agreement with Varian Medical Systems’ Imaging Components Division
Medical Imaging Innovations (MII) and Varian Medical Systems Imaging Components Division have entered into a multi-year agreement for MII to distribute Varian's line of imaging components including DR detectors, imaging software, and x-ray tubes.
Denver, CO, November 28, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Medical Imaging Innovations (MII), a privately held medical imaging company has signed a multi-year master purchase agreement with Varian Medical Systems for its line of radiographic imaging components, including digital radiography detectors, imaging software, and x-ray tubes.
Medical Imaging Innovations’ founders all have a long and extensive background in channel sales and distribution in the DR market, having been successful in prior ventures. MII currently manufactures the DynaRad brand of portable imaging systems, which are integrated with Varian digital detectors and software. It also provides retrofit digital upgrades for x-ray imaging suites. With this relationship and the extensive product line from Varian, MII will be adding new radiographic systems, dynamic imaging fluoroscopy retrofits, and developing a new line of dynamic imaging systems for image guided procedures.
