Indie Groove Rock Band Stealing Jane Signs with MLC PR
Original and innovative groove rock band Stealing Jane signs with MLC PR in preparation for tours across the east coast to promote their newly released EP.
Los Angeles, CA, September 21, 2007 --(PR.com)-- MLC PR announced that Glen Cove, New York-based indie rock and pop band Stealing Jane has signed on for their services. Stealing Jane features a blend of extraordinary talents: Bryce Larsen (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Matt Giordano (lead guitar), Brian Bunce (bass), Pat Iannelli (saxophone), Dave Calzone (trombone), and Andrew Mericle (trumpet).
The gentlemen of Stealing Jane have brought their eclectic backgrounds together, blending various genres of music to create tunes that gratify every inch of the ear. Although the band is classified in the pop rock music scene, they harmonize rock, pop, and R&B music, to create a sound they like to call “groove rock.”
“Stealing Jane reminds me of old school No Doubt and Dave Matthews Band with a twist. Their music is refreshingly original and I think they are just what the indie music scene needs right now,” says Mona Loring, President of MLC PR.
Stealing Jane has a stellar live performance, having played at high profile venues up and down the east coast such as: Giants Stadium (NJ), Lupos (RI), Crocodile Rock (PA), The Stone Pony (NJ), Club Vertigo (VT), Petrus Night Club (KY), The Bitter End (NYC), BB Kings (NYC), The Crazy Donkey (NY), among many others. They have also shared the stage with many well-known artists such as Spin Doctors, Hanson, Tower of Power, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Zox, Badfish, RX Bandits, Crash Romeo, The Wailers, and The Killing Moon.
Stealing Jane has also received acclaim from high profile New York publications such as Good Times, and Inside Connection. They are currently receiving extensive radio airplay in over fifteen states, and they were also featured on the popular Opie and Anthony Show on XM Radio. The combination of their touring, five-star live show, raw talent, and hard work has solidified this group as the next big thing to hit the music industry.
