NextLevel Expands Leadership Team with Key Appointments
Professional services firm adds resources to Seattle office.
Seattle, WA, December 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- NextLevel, a Pacific Northwest-based regional professional services firm, today announced it has appointed Bob Carroll, Joe Nathans and Robert Zonneveld as partners of the firm’s Seattle practice. Carroll, Nathans and Zonneveld play key roles in supporting the firm’s strategic initiative to focus on business transitions that enable value creation for clients.

Bob Carroll brings more than 35 years of financial leadership experience to NextLevel, including 30 years as a CFO and COO in a variety of companies including Piper Aircraft and ExOfficio, where he applied his operational, financial, strategic planning and human resource management expertise. Carroll holds a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Southern California.
Joe Nathans brings 30 years of technology leadership experience to NextLevel, including almost 25 years as a CIO, CTO and COO, in companies from early stage through multi-nationals, including Siemens Medical, Intermec, and Hawkeye. In those roles as well as in providing interim executive and project services, he created value through IT assessments, cloud computing, business intelligence, ERP, SOX compliance, carve outs and program management. Nathans holds an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University and a CPA (inactive).
Robert Zonneveld brings 25 years of financial leadership experience to NextLevel, including 15 years of experience as a CFO and vice president-finance. He is skilled at partnering finance and operations to bring an integrated, action-oriented focus to strategic and business development. He most recently served as CFO for Icicle Seafoods, and before that at Christensen Farms, MGP Ingredients and Gowan Company, where he led the finance, IT, logistics and customer service functions. Zonneveld specializes in leading companies through distressed situations and growth transitions, and he has also worked extensively with private equity portfolio companies. He holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Guilford College.
