He is the President and CEO of MONDAY RESTAURANTS which is the umbrella company operating and consulting in a profit sharing capacity for multiple restaurants, bars and high-end nightclubs throughout the Greater Metropolitan St. Louis area. Over the past eight years, MONDAY RESTAURANTS has designed, developed, owned and operated some of St. Louis' most notable popular and profitable eating and drinking establishments. His specialties include the layout and design of restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as buying and selling them and consulting and management of anything involving the food and beverage business. Mr. Monday also does branding / promotion and marketing of restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as tailor made, results driven financial analytics, financial management and systems of internal control procedures. He oversees 90 – 100 employees and is responsible for the general management, administration and overall business operations at his and his client’s’ establishments. Mr. Monday obtained a B.S. in business and accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2004. He then got his start in the financial interworking of the casino and entertainment sector as an associate of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Las Vegas office. His clients included companies such as MGM, Boyd Gaming, Las Vegas Sands Corp and many other industry leaders.
