Dr. Arshi has over 17 years experience in the consulting field. She has prolonged exposure to multicultural and diverse workforce. She is the Managing Director at Goalsolutions.org which is an international consulting firm providing consulting services in the fields of leadership, organizational assessment and individual and group coaching. She is responsible for executive coaching, mergers and acquisitions, as well as 20 years of experience in strategic human resource management. Dr. Arshi is affiliated with SHRM, DBWC, and SBRCC. She was born in Tehran, and obtained an Ed.D. in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Argosy University in 2013.
