The Grimes Companies Launches New Websites

Jacksonville, FL, December 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Grimes Companies is inviting visitors to its newly developed family of sites, recently redesigned from a single corporate website. The new design includes individual sites for each of The Grimes Companies, improving navigation and providing richer content within each division.

“In order to highlight the various strengths of each of our divisions, we minimized our corporate website and developed fully functional sites for each respective division,” stated Michael O’Leary, President of TGC. “Since we offer many different services to the distribution industry, we believe focusing the spotlight on each division’s services will help our clients and potential clients understand better what we can do for them.”

The new websites allow visitors to explore the division in their area of interest, while still providing easy access to every division of the Grimes family of companies: trucking, packaging, warehousing, distribution staffing, and supply chain services.

An important element in designing the new websites was to maintain a consistent look across all of the various supply chain services. “Each division incorporates the Grimes signature ‘G’ with a different color combination, so we chose simple isometric graphics and a clean, uncluttered layout with slight variations of color to distinguish each site while maintaining consistency,” commented Michelle Mauricio, Marketing Coordinator at TGC. “The focus of all of our sites should be our services and how we can help visitors build their business.”
