Hilliker Corporation Gets Personal with Strength Academy
Commercial real estate company fils retail space with personal trainer's first gym.
St. Louis, MO, December 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, has worked with property owner Bruce Becker on many deals over their 23-year working relationship. This time it’s shaping up to be their healthiest transaction yet.
St. Louis Strength Academy owner Nathan Williams recently opened his personal fitness gym at 8617 Manchester Rd. in Brentwood. The 2,500-square-foot leased space gives Williams the opportunity to showcase his company that he founded in 2009. Williams’ private training facility focuses on sports performance, physique training and weight loss for clients of all ages.
Will Aschinger of Hilliker Corporation represented building landlord Bruce Becker. Mark Kramer of Commercial Realty Advisors represented the tenant in this five-year lease.
In addition to his strength academy, Williams is the co-founder of St. Louis Wellness Weekends. He previously was a defensive linebacker for the New York Sentinels and an NCAA leader where he made 179 total tackles per season. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical education from Murray State University where he was the school’s record holder for tackles per season. He was nominated as the Murray State Athlete of the Year, as well as the Ohio Valley Conference Defensive Player of the year. For more information about the academy, call (314) 619-1156.
Hilliker Corporation, which targets regional and national entrepreneurs, is St. Louis’ largest locally owned independent commercial real estate company located at 2001 S. Hanley Rd. The firm’s agents, who each average over 15 years of experience, have completed more than 10,000 sales and leases for industrial, office, retail and institutional clients since its inception in 1985.
