Healthcare Agency Heart To Heart Joins Forces with AngelaCARES to Provide Holiday Meals and Festive Spirit to Seniors Across New Jersey’s Hudson County
This past Thanksgiving, Heart to Heart joined with the non-profit AngelaCARES to bring holiday meals and festive cheer to hundreds of elderly community members.
New York, NY, December 12, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for what you have and to give back to those in need. This past Thanksgiving, Heart to Heart joined with the non-profit AngelaCARES to bring holiday meals and festive cheer to hundreds of elderly community members.
AngelaCARES, located in Jersey City, NJ, is a not-for-profit
organization that focuses on community outreach to youth, seniors and their caregivers in Hudson County. This year, AngelaCARES sponsored their third annual Thanksgiving event, aimed at feeding seniors throughout the community. To support this mission, Heart To Heart donated 500 dessert packages, helping AngelaCARES reach their goal of enhancing the holiday season for those in need.
The event was a huge success, with neighborhood youth delivering hundreds of Thanksgiving food packages to needy seniors all across Hudson County. In fact it was the biggest Thanksgiving event held by AngelaCARES to date, something Heart To Heart is extremely proud of.

Assisting them in their quest to benefit seniors in our community was one of the best feelings we at the Heart To Heart family have ever had together.
