Born and raised in Jacksonville, Metcalf learned about the field from his mother, a Realtor, and father, a real estate attorney. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University. While still an undergrad, he became a licensed real estate agent and held two internships with local real estate development firms.
Metcalf recently gained experience working in the financial services industry, earning his Series 7 and Series 63 financial licenses. He looks forward to utilizing his knowledge and experience to build a successful real estate career with Davidson.
