Intersog Becomes Mobile Development Partner of Innlandet Hospital Trust
One of Norway's leading hospital trusts chooses to outsource their web and mobile apps development to Ukraine.
Kyiv, Ukraine, December 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Intersog, a global provider of Agile mobile development teams and custom web and mobile solutions, announces the establishment of a new strategic partnership with Innlandet Hospital Trust, one of the leading medical centers in Norway with 10 divisions spread over 41 sites in the counties of Hedmark and Oppland.
Having conducted an international search for web and mobile development service providers, Innlandet Hospital Trust made a final decision to partner with Intersog for building an application to facilitate interaction between doctors and patients in terms of medical treatment, its monitoring and evaluation. Intersog was able to quickly grasp the conceptual framework of the project and concretize the project idea within a short timeframe better than other providers. Other criteria used for partner selection were the overall track record, quality of the initial response and follow-up.
Commenting on the partnership, Øystein Eiring, Head of Department of Knowledge Services at Innlandet Hospital Trust, said:
“With this partnership we expect to invent a genuinely new solution that astonishes patients and clinicians, and facilitates patient treatment decision making in a user friendly and a well thought-through way. We expect this partnership to be based on insight and interest in the basic idea and its theoretical foundation, competencies in IT and UX design as well as all the creative energy, enthusiasm and ability to develop concrete solutions out of general ideas that we want to mobilize together with Intersog.”
Within the partnership Intersog will be responsible for developing a mobile app to be used by patients and physicians of Innlandet Hospitals for making better decisions in cases when several alternative treatments can apply, and visualizing, monitoring and evaluating / re-evaluating results of such decisions.
“Intersog has made a wholehearted effort to understand and conceptualize the solution’s idea that Innlandet Hospital Trust has shared with us,” says Igor Fedulov, Intersog’s CEO and Founding Partner. “We also plan to conduct relative project specification workshops to create a clear roadmap for building an effective and high quality mobile app with the right set of features and functionality able to make treatment decision making and evaluation as seamless as possible.”
Intersog is looking forward to building a long-term partnership with Innlandet Hospital Trust based on mutual trust, innovation and commitment to quality.
