Bell Earns Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification

Punta Gorda, FL, December 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Frances Bell with Keller Williams Peace River Partners, Punta Gorda, FL, has earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) Certification in recognition of her experience, knowledge and expertise in the short sales and foreclosure market.
