Treat your loved ones to Spiral’s 21 dining ateliers featuring the world’s finest cuisines and tickle your taste buds with a traditional European Christmas spread. The festive international buffet spread includes Artisan Terrines Selection, seasonal oysters, Roast Turkey with traditional stuffing and Cranberry Sauce, Maple Glazed Christmas Ham with Rosemary Apple Sauce, Venison Gamey Meat, Veal Sweetbreads, Suckling Pig Porchetta, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Chestnuts, and Boudin Noir Sausage. Traditional holiday fares such as Yule log cake, Stollen, Christmas cookies and homemade pralines are also on offer. Cap off the experience with mulled wine especially concocted for the holidays.
Rate starts from PHP 2,100 +++ per pax inclusive of free flowing iced tea, soft drinks, beer, wines, champagne and sparkling wines on select dates. A special dinner buffet for kids 5 to 11 years old will be held at Davao/Boracay function rooms on the 31st of December at 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Rate is set at PHP 1,221 +++ per child. Interactive entertainments such as balloon twisting and magic shows are scheduled.
On New Year’s Eve, a festive international buffet spread with one (1) glass of champagne is available at PHP 5,250 +++ per pax. Prestige option with free-flow of Dom Perignon likewise is available with the rate set at PHP 30,000 +++ per pax. Buffet opens from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. World-class entertainment, New Year countdown and balloon drop are slated.
A holiday feast would not be complete without a magnifique centerpiece to highlight the grandeur of the celebration.
