A Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Coburn has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance, mortgage and realty fields. Having owned a mortgage broker business, she has experience with all segments of the industry – navigating efficiently among buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors and attorneys to bring about the most satisfying results for her customers.

A resident of the Sarasota area for most of her life, Coburn has an extensive knowledge of the city and the surrounding area. She is extremely detail-oriented, keeps a close watch on market highs and lows, and does extensive research on neighborhoods and properties on the market before suggesting one to a customer.

For many years she has had a deep and abiding interest in her community – donating volunteer time and financial support to local charities, as well as serving on several fundraising committees. Nationally, she is a supporter of the famous Covenant House, the nation's largest adolescent care agency serving homeless, runaway and at-risk youth, with major facilities in New York City and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
