The Select Group Continues Gift of Giving Program
Staffing company continues holiday-focused philanthropic initiatives.
Raleigh, NC, December 26, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Based on positive feedback and touching stories from last year’s Gift of Giving campaign, The Select Group (TSG), an executive and IT staffing firm based in Raleigh, will continue with the program this year.
“As we reflect on the year behind us, the TSG family has a lot to be thankful for,” says Sheldon Wolitski, founder and CEO. “We’ve seen our company revenues grow more than 60 percent, we’ve opened additional offices, and we’ve achieved great results. But we all know there are people who are less fortunate than us, especially at this time of year, so we’ve decided to continue with our Gift of Giving.”
Through the program, each employee will receive $100 to make a positive impact on someone in need this holiday season. Employees must find someone they know outside of the company who could use financial assistance and then tell that person’s story, specifically how the money will be used. One employee will be selected based on the stories told to receive an additional $1,000 to donate however he or she chooses.
“We have the opportunity to make a massively positive impact in our communities,” Wolitski says. “This is an act of kindness we hope our employees will remember forever.”
