Andrea Gonzalez is a newer agent with the drive and passion to assist first time homebuyers to obtain down payment assistance. The LIFT/NHSSN program requires buyers to attend an eight hour course that covers the basics of how to purchase a home, the players involved, pitfalls, inspections and insurance.
