Southwest Florida Employment Lawyer Suzanne Boy to Serve as President-Elect of Local HR Board

Fort Myers, FL, January 01, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorney Suzanne Boy was recently sworn in as the 2014 President-Elect of the Human Resource Management Association of Southwest Florida, a local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). HRMA is a group of human resource professionals who come together to discuss issues related to human resource management and to find ways to better serve their employers and employees. Boy previously served this Chapter as the Legislative Chair.

Boy concentrates her practice in employment law, assisting clients with all aspects of employment-related litigation, claims, and client counseling. She also has an active appellate practice. Boy is the lead blogger and editor of the Southwest Florida Employment Law Blog, and frequently speaks to businesses and professional groups on employment matters. She has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers® magazine for four consecutive years as a “Rising Star,” and was also one of 174 attorneys in Florida selected as an “Up and Comer” by Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite in 2012.
