Durham, NC, September 24, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Kevin Woody, vice president and managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston South Square office, has announced that Stavien Harrison and Mai Torrance have joined the firm’s Durham real estate division. Harrison earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Augustine’s College. He has several years experience in customer service and was most recently employed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Harrison is a volunteer at Habitat for Humanity, Durham Public Schools and Parkwood Athletic Association, where he serves as a basketball coach. Torrance has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech University in Atlanta, Georgia. She has past experience in sales, as well as volunteering with the Red Cross. Torrance resides in Durham with her husband Glenn, and her two sons, Michael and Douglas.
