New Year Brings New Tenants to Herndon

Herndon, VA, January 04, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Stout and Teague signs 3 new tenants at Herndon Station, 754 Elden Street, Herndon, Virginia, bringing the office space in the building to 85% occupancy. The new tenants are:

The new tenants join Probity LLC in the newly renovated building. The lease-up follows completion of a major building renovation with the installation of 10 new windows in a previously blank facade.
