Cardinal Point Management, LLC Announces the "Asset" Purchase of clickXchange Media, LLC
Cardinal Points Management completed the asset purchase of the online internet company now known as Clear Compass Digital Group.
Encino, CA, January 10, 2014 --(PR.com)-- On October 1st, 2013 Cardinal Points Management, based in Atlanta, Georgia, completed the asset purchase of clickXchange Media, LLC, a long term leader in the affiliate marketing space. As of January 1st, 2014 the clickXchange Media, LLC team will now be part of, and known to the industry as, Clear Compass Digital Group.
The company will be transitioning their network name and brand to Clear Compass Digital Group to better reflect the philosophies of the new management group. This transition to CCDG signifies the team’s continuous evolution in the services provided to all partners.
Clear Compass Digital Group (CCDG) is comprised of a respected and reliable team focused on proactive communication with partners for ongoing, mutual growth. The company is a fully integrated online marketing company delivering quality traffic in the financial, auto and insurance verticals. The end result inevitably instills the highest levels of trust. The new ownership group is led by Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer, Jerry L. Robinson and Chief Revenue Officer Earl Robinson.
Most recently, Jerry Robinson served as Managing Director of investment banking for Atlanta-based Renova Partners, a leading provider of special asset advisory and investment banking solutions for specialty finance companies, community and regional banks located in the Southeastern United States. Jerry is widely quoted and consulted concerning financial services companies.
Earl Robinson has 16 years of private equity, distressed debt, mergers and acquisitions and operating experience including launching Drum Capital Management which grew into a $1 billion private equity platform dedicated the acquisition of distressed and turnaround opportunities. Prior he was the Chief Operating Officer of JPMorgan Investment Management Americas.
Keith Merrill will manage day to day operations as he shifts from his prior role as Chief Operating Officer to President of CCDG. With 18 years of U.S. and international experience managing and executing complex, time sensitive operations, Keith joined the team that would eventually become Clear Compass Digital Group in 2012 where his primary focus was building one of the most talented and professional teams in the space. He been instrumental in seamlessly transitioning the cXc team to Clear Compass Digital Group. Prior to his engagement with the company he was the Executive Vice President of Ybrant Digital U.S. overseeing their marketing and technology divisions.
Mike Wilson, a long valued member of the company will be the Senior Vice President of Marketing operations for CCDG. Mike has been with the Clear Compass Digital Group team since its roots in 2005; actually implementing the Affiliate Network, growing the company's marketing focus from just debit cards to multiple financial verticals. He is also the founder of the List Management division of the company. He grew the division from just an idea into a department grossing over $7 million in its second year, eventually grossing over $10 million annually.
As part of Cardinal Points’ continuing expansion, Clear Compass Digital Group will improve their business growth with existing partners and greatly expand future opportunities.
